A property distribution business built on outcomes, transparency, and alignment of incentives — not exclusive arrangements.
For over a decade, the founder of AgentBridge worked as an accountant with a practice embedded deeply in the Australian property industry. Developer clients. Private investors. Mid-market sellers navigating complex transactions. Year after year, the same observation repeated itself.
A seller appoints one agent. That agent has one database. One network. One shot at finding a buyer. Meanwhile, across Australia, more than 1,000 buyers agents are sitting with motivated, pre-qualified buyers who would purchase that property today — if only they knew about it.
The sole agency model serves the agent. It serves the agency. It doesn't reliably serve the seller. And on the other side: buyers agents — professionals who represent purchasers and know their needs precisely — are systematically locked out of the best listings by those same sole agency arrangements. AgentBridge was built to close both gaps at once.
We're a property distribution business. Our role is to act as a structured intermediary between sellers and developers on one side, and a curated national network of buyers agents on the other.
We don't act as a traditional agent. We don't hold sole agency. We don't rely on one person's database. We distribute simultaneously to an entire network — and let competition do the work.
Our background is in accounting, financial analysis, and capital structures. That brings a lens to property transactions focused on outcomes, transparency, and alignment of incentives — rather than exclusive arrangements and prolonged sole agency periods.
Each agent has been individually assessed — their firm's focus, typical price bracket, geographic coverage, and client profile. We don't send every property to every agent. We match properties to the right subset of the network based on sector, price, and geography.
Adam Gee is the founder of AgentBridge. His background spans Australian property and capital — business development, property finance, and transaction work across residential and development property. That experience sits behind the distribution model AgentBridge uses today: structured, transparent, and built around outcomes rather than exclusive arrangements.
Adam writes the guides and resources published on this site. The AgentBridge network connects sellers and developers with buyers agents nationally, across every state and territory. He can be reached at ag@agentbridge.com.au.
Whether you're a seller looking to reach more buyers, or a buyers agent looking for access to quality off-market inventory — we'd like to talk.
