You're left relying on personal networks, cold calls to selling agents, and whatever happens to come through. AgentBridge was built, in part, to fix this for you.
When a seller or developer engages AgentBridge, we send their property brief at once to the buyers agents on our list who match it. Once you join, that includes you. You receive a professional property brief with full details, desktop valuation context, and how to submit an offer.
The seller pays AgentBridge. We pay no buyers agent from that fee, and we take nothing from yours: you are paid by your client, as you always have been, and you act for your client alone.
There is no obligation to act on any brief. You act on the ones that suit your clients.
Every brief we release reaches every matched agent at the same time, whatever your tier. The one exception is a discreet launch, when a seller chooses to offer their property to VIP members first. Paid tiers add tools that help you put the right brief in front of the right client.

Once you have joined, you'll receive briefs by email when we distribute a property that matches your stated focus. Briefs are targeted. We do not send every property to every agent.
No. The seller pays AgentBridge, and no part of that fee goes to a buyers agent. Your fee comes from your client, so nothing changes in your arrangement with them.
You should hold the appropriate licence or registration to provide buyers agent services in your state or territory. We do not impose additional credential requirements to join.
Distribution periods vary by property and seller preference. We typically set a 7 to 14 day expression-of-interest window from the date of distribution. Some properties may move faster, and we communicate timelines clearly in each brief.
