If your client makes an offer that proceeds to settlement, you receive a referral fee paid via a formal referral deed — no ambiguity, no chasing.

There is no cost to register. No ongoing subscription. No commitment. You receive property briefs, you act on the ones that suit your clients, and you earn when you perform.

How your referral fee works

Paid from our fee, not your client's pocket

The referral fee is paid by AgentBridge from our collected distribution fee. It is not an additional cost to your buyer, and it does not affect the fee arrangement between you and your client. The amount is set per-property and disclosed in full in the brief before you act on it.

Is there a cost to join or participate?

No. Registering for the network is free. There is no subscription, no joining fee, and no obligation to act on any brief you receive.

How do I receive property briefs?

Once registered, you'll receive briefs by email when we distribute a property that matches your stated focus. Briefs are targeted — we do not send every property to every agent.

Does the referral fee affect my arrangement with my client?

No. The referral fee is paid by AgentBridge from our collected distribution fee. It is not charged to your buyer and does not affect the fee structure between you and your client. We recommend disclosing the referral arrangement to your client as a matter of good practice.

Do I need to be licensed to participate?

You should hold the appropriate licence or registration to provide buyers agent services in your state or territory. We do not impose additional credential requirements to join the network.

How quickly do properties move through the network?

Distribution periods vary by property and seller preference. We typically set a 7–14 day expression-of-interest window from the date of distribution. Some properties may move faster — we communicate timelines clearly in each brief.

Can I refer a seller or developer to AgentBridge?
