The rules for using our website and calculators.
These terms cover your use of agentbridge.com.au and tools.agentbridge.com.au. By using the site you agree to them.
If you engage AgentBridge to distribute a property, or join our buyers agent network, that arrangement is set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Our articles, calculators and guides are general information. They do not take your circumstances into account and are not financial, legal, tax, lending or valuation advice. AgentBridge does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Before you act, check figures with a qualified professional: a conveyancer or solicitor, an accountant, a licensed agent or a valuer.
Stamp duty, fees, repayments and other figures are estimates based on the rules and rates we know of when we last updated them. Governments and lenders change these often. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee any result. Your contract, lender or the relevant state revenue office has the final word.
Being on our list does not make a buyers agent our employee or agent, and we do not endorse any one agent. Each buyers agent is responsible for their own licence, conduct and obligations to their clients. You should make your own checks before you appoint one.
Please don’t:
The site’s text, design, calculators and brand belong to AgentBridge or our licensors. You can read, print and share links to it for personal use. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
We link to government and other sites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the site, calculators and content are provided free, and we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on them, except to the extent the loss is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of doing so.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the current one.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and of the state or territory in which you use the site, and each of us submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
