One published scale for every sector, charged as a distribution fee when your sale settles. Each rate applies only to the part of the price inside its band. Fees are plus GST. No buyers agent is paid from your fee.
Residential, vacant land (per lot), off-the-plan (per unit) and commercial property all use the same scale. Like tax brackets, each rate applies only to the part of the sale price inside its band.

You pay the distribution fee when your sale settles. No part of it goes to a buyers agent. Buyers agents pay AgentBridge a membership to receive briefs, so the agent who brings your buyer is paid by their own client.
If you would rather sell quietly, you can choose a discreet launch: your brief goes first to VIP member agencies, then to every matched agent if you decide to widen it. It reaches fewer agents at first.
For subdivisions of 5 or more lots, master-planned estates and whole off-the-plan projects, the per-lot scale above is the starting point. Larger projects are quoted.
